Nope, that's "PacMan".

There is another package that was called PackMan (or actually, it
still is called that, but it seems to be dormant), it's some sort
of a Sun tool written in Python. The homepage seems to be
<http://pack.sunsite.dk/packman.html> but it's down right now.

I talked to the developer, and while he wouldn't be thrilled about
another package called PackMan he said he wouldn't sue us:-)

But still: I'm open to other good names. Unfortunately the Package
Install Manager for Python was voted down:-)
