[Pythonmac-SIG] ANN: ReSTedit 0.3 beta - added HTML and PDF export

Hi,

I've added some experimental HTML and PDF export to ReSTedit. For
PDF you'll need a local LaTeX installation (this is too big to in-
clude in a binary build ;-) and even then you might need to fiddle
with providing the correct LaTeX path in the source... As prelimi-
nary samples the Readme now comes in HTML and PDF, too.

Comments are very welcome, especially about how to disable some
menu item, like the PDF export one, which doesn't work out as I'd
expect...
