[Pythonmac-SIG] ANN: ReSTedit 0.3 - a ReStructuredText editor/explorer

ReSTedit 0.3 has been released and is available from:

The latest changes from 0.2 include:

   - proper file opening/saving capabilities (.txt) added
   - HTML and PDF export added (PDF needs LaTeX)
