[Pythonmac-SIG] Python 2.3 vs 2.2, VTK, and Carbon

I forgot to mention I am using MacPython-2.3.  If you are using Fink or 
Apple's Python,
you would need to make sure 
/usr/local/share/CMake/Modules/FindPythonLibs.cmake
understands how to find your Python includes and libs.
