[Pythonmac-SIG] Crash when using PyGame and click dock icon

Oh, sorry, someone already check that it was in CVS.  (It turns out
that while most people see a warning, it actually shows up as a bug -
if you hit quit from the dock menu [because you're debugging an app
with a broken quit handler], it dies on the exception; if you *fix*
the bug, the app then doesn't die at all :-)
