[Pythonmac-SIG] python include location

Apologies in advance for the ignorant question that follows.  I think 
my brain
stopped working.

Where is Python.h located?

I'm looking for the "path of the Python include (usually Python.h)"  so 
I can build
the PyGreSQL module for Python <--> PostgreSQL interactions.  I am 
using the
MacPython v2.3 release on OSX10.3.5.
