[Pythonmac-SIG] menu bar missing mac+py2app

After looking at a ktrace of the app, just to see if anything fishy was 
going on, I figured out that wxWidgets 2.4 expects a file to be present 
in a particular place and doesn't bother to tell you when it's not 
there.  Awesome, good work guys ;)

Try this:
