[Pythonmac-SIG] py2app documentation

I've started on some py2app documentation here:

Suggestions and contributions accepted.  The documentation reflects the 
current svn trunk version of py2app and some if it may not correspond 
with whatever version you happen to be using.  Despite what the 
documentation says, py2app 0.1.8 is not released, so the links to 
download it do not work.
