Well this is kind of a broad topic. And it depends on what your  
trying to do.

But a short list:

-- a Python Binding for Quartz <http://tinyurl.com/9gfj8>.
-- anti-grain <http://www.antigrain.com> has Tk, Wx, and PIL  
backends, as well.
-- Python GD <http://tinyurl.com/de9la>.
-- Python OpenGL <http://pyopengl.sourceforge.net>.
