[Pythonmac-SIG] python 2.4.2 source builds 2.4.1?

Okay, being dense here: these instructions:

./configure --enable-framework
make
sudo make frameworkinstall
'''

make no mention of DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH. So my question is, where does  
it fit into the above directions? Thanks!
