[Pythonmac-SIG] Where to submit patches for py2app?

Nobody is doing serious work on py2app these days, luckily it mostly  
works just fine.

That said, I have checkin privileges and Bob tends to react to patches  
as well. Patches send to either one of us tend to get looked at.
