Euroscipy tutorial on scikit-image

Happily, I'll be at EuroSciPy this year! So I'll be very happy to help you with the tutorial! I think an intermediate tutorial works fine; as you say, there's always new users coming in! =)
One idea: I think these tutes can be a really great way to gain contributors. Depending on how much time we get, we could have a mini-sprint at the end, where we get people to work on pre-selected "easy" issues on the repo.
