[SciPy-Dev] GSoC'18 accepted student announced

Hi all,

Google announced the results of the GSoC application process. SciPy
received 1 slot - I'm happy to congratulate Aditya Bharti as our accepted
student for this year! And a big thanks to Nikolay Mayorov and Eric Larson
for stepping up to mentor this year! Looking forward to an interesting
project!

Co-mentors: Nikolay Mayorov, Eric Larson (I'm listed as mentor as well, but
that's mainly for admin reasons).

The "community bonding" period has just started, let's all make sure to
welcome Aditya and help him where needed, so he can hit the ground running
from May 14th onwards!
