I was asked to forward this, since Waltraut has problems with sending mail to
the lists. But she is able to read your answers.

Hi,
can anybody tell me, why the Rieman zeta function does not eat complex
variables?
For example
scipy.special.zeta(2,2.0+1j*1.0)
yields the error message
'function not supported for these types, and can't coerce safely to supported
types'.
Thanks,
Waltraut
