[SciPy-User] {Chaco} - Minor addition to regression_lasso tool

Hello,

I have updated  RegressionOverlay class to see r_squared using this tool in
addition to slope and intercepts.

See the regression.py (/examples/basic/) example in action:

Please review.

PS: I also updated
http://docs.scipy.org/scipy/docs/scipy.stats.stats.linregress/ and added a
simple example.
