The call for papers will be out by the beginning of March.  Stefan van
der Walt is the program chair this year and his dissertation is due
this month (so he is slightly occupied at the moment ;)).  We aren't
planning any radical changes from last year, so last year's call will
give you a very good idea of what it will look like this year:
