[spambayes-dev] Release plan for this Friday

Unless anyone objects, I'm going to put up a release (a3) this Friday
(NZ time).  It doesn't seem like there is anything much left to do,
apart from possibly some Outlook plug-in improvements, and those users
will most likely wait for the next binary, anyway.

Speak up if there are objections!

I'll update the website, post to spambayes and -announce.
