[spambayes-dev] sb_server reads all config from current directory!?!

On Linux, sb_server.py reads all configuration &c from the 
current directory, rather than the home directory. This is 
completely insane and has caused me problems a couple of 
times now (the messages all end up in my unsure folder, as
there is no training database). 

Can someone suggest a reason that I shouldn't fix this 
misfeature? I know of no other Unix program that behaves in
this way.
