[Spambayes] To line munging?

Bring up the options config page, and change 'Notate to' to False.  Then 
restart the proxy.  Somehow there's some double-negative logic somewhere, 
cause it should be defaulting to False.

This is an option for mailers that can't filter on arbitrary headers... - TimS
