This is a "feature" :)  The problem is that suc reports do not have the
normal message payload, such a headers.  This can confuse the classifier.
Eg, I hacked SpamBayes here, and a "Show Clues" for such a report shows the
following message stream:

"""
X-Exchange-Message: true
Subject: Undeliverable: AnyAddressMatches(mvarCurrentUserAddresses,
	mvarToAddresses)
To: 'user at domain.com'
"""

This isn't enough information for SpamBayes to do anything useful with.  If
this really bothers you, please open a Feature Request at sourceforge, where
we can discuss the various options.
