[Spambayes] Changes to Outlook addin configuration files

Sorry, Mark, I had errors.  Long trace below.  The two folders that
didn't move are both on an Exchange server (the spam folder is not, and
migrated fine), which may be the cause.  Oddly, I only had to reset the
watch folder, even though the watch folder and the unsure folder are
errors in the trace.

Everything else seemed to migrate fine (but then I don't pay much
attention to other settings anyway!).
