[Spambayes] Folder not showing up

Hi,
 
I am new to SpamBayes so I anm unsure on how to trouble shoot this problem.
I installed the latest on a users computer, he has administrator privs so
the dlls, etc have been registered. When I start Outlook (XP) and run
through the configuration manager, the "Following Folders will be watched"
is empty. We are using an Exchange server as well. Has anyone had this
problem and how was it fixed?
