[Spambayes] Cannot 'Delete As Spam'....Help Plz!

I am using SpamBayes Version 0.7 with Windows XP.  Everytime I hit 'Delete
As Spam', it tells me that I must enable SpamBayes first.  I thought it was
automatically enabled.  How do I get this to work and enable SpamBayes??
