[Spambayes] Unfilterable email using Outlook plugin

Thanks for taking a look at this and responding so quickly.  As it's not a terrible inconvenience, I'm not yet concerned about it.  Hopefully a reasonable solution will be found for this, but I don't think it's critical at this point in time.
