You're right, sorry.  I tested it here and there's a bug with the install
via the outlook_addin_register application.  I've checked in a fix for that,
but I still have no idea why the regsvr32 method gives a "DllInstall entry
point not found" error.

This doesn't help you much, though.  Apart from waiting for a new release
(which could be a while since one went out this week), the easiest option
would be to run from source.  (You can just do "addin.py hkey_local_machine"
and it'll work; I've tested this).

Alternatively, you could build a new version of the binary from source
yourself, or get someone else to.  I can't do this at the moment, because it
needs to be built with Outlook 2000 and I only have Outlook 2002.  If you
ask around, someone on the list *might* do this for you.

Sorry this isn't more use.  On the positive side, you've helped fix a
problem that now won't effect users of the next relase :)
