In Outlook go to Help, About Microsoft Outlook and select the disabled items option. You may see that Spambayes is disabled there but not in the Add-in Manager. Select it and click enable.

As per your suggestion, I tried installing 008.1. Unfortunately, I am experiencing the same results. Where is this log file located? I looked both in the program files\spambayes directories and in the applications and settings\username\application data\spambayes directories and was unable to find anything that resembled a log.

Thank you very much for your help. Aside from this problem, SpamBayes has been working excellent on every platform I've tried it.
