[Spambayes] "Re: ..." classified as junk suspect

This is basically asking for whitelisting, which has been discussed a *lot*.
Googling for "site:mail.python.org spambayes whitelisting" should find most
of it.

This covers pretty much everything - the two most important points (IMO) are
that (1) if someone submitted a patch, it very well might make it into the
code, and (2) you can duplicate any whitelisting using Outlook's built-in
rules.
