[Spambayes] trouble

Hi,

My SpamBayes version is Outlook Addin 0.81, my Outlook his 2000 on Windows
98,

How can I have acces  a message once it's in  the Junk-mail file and the
number of messages it contents. I see the file but I can't see the messages.

How can I empty these files Junk-E mail and Unshure.
