[Spambayes] Outlook Toolbars don't work

Have you checked that Outlook hasn't disabled the plug-in? (Help->About
Microsoft Outlook->Disabled Items).

Thanks for this - it helps to narrow down to a particular set of versions.
(NT is notoriously problematic, so it could be specific to that, maybe).

I'm not sure if Mark had a maximum value in mind ;) - certainly 9 would
catch every print there is at the moment.

Additional verbosity won't help in this case. This is the
installation/registration log - if the addin had managed to start at all,
then it would have moved this aside and there would be another one.
