[Spambayes] Smiley button guffed

By restarting the toolbars, do you mean deleting them?  I would have  
thought that deleting the SpamBayes toolbar and the restarting  
(letting SpamBayes recreate it) would have fixed it.

Deleting outcmd.dat (the troubleshooting guide says where it is; I  
don't recall offhand) should also fix this.
