[Spambayes] Installation Confusion

Dear Spambayes,

 

I am an experienced computer user, but I cannot comprehend your instructions
to install Spambayes.  I have downloaded and installed the Python software.
That was no problem.

 

I have downloaded the Spambayes software but cannot find how to install it.
I find nothing that looks like and executable file.  In the Outlook 2000
folder is a sub-folder called Installer that looked really promising but it
only contains .py files that, as far as I can tell, do nothing in Windows.

 

If you can just tell me how to install Spambayes, I think the rest is fairly
obvious.

 

I'm sorry to seem like such a novice, but your instructions are truly
arcane.
