[Spambayes] toolbar problem

Hello,

 

I am having a problem with my Spam Bayes toolbar.  The program seemed to
load okay and sort the initial messages, but now I am not able to “Delete as
Spam” from the toolbar.  I tried resetting the toolbar as instructed in your
troubleshooting FAQs but that did not work.  As for the second advice of
resetting my outlook toolbar, I cannot seem to find the file that you
mention (outcmd.dat).  I am using Microsoft Vista and have the latest
version of Spam Bayes.


Any help you can give will be appreciated as your product is very helpful to
me and I hope to keep using it.
