[Spambayes] Disappeared Spambayes

My Spambayes manager has disappeared.
I tried to re-configure, no luck.
How do I bring it back.
Version I'm running is 1.0.1 from 11/2004
on Windows XP. for Outlook
I can not find a dialog file either.
