SpamBayes never deletes email, so your question is about how to use
your email program.  If you're using Outlook, look in Outlook's
"Deleted Items" folder.  If you don't know what that means, try asking
a coworker who uses Outlook (regardless of whether they use SpamBayes
too -- this really isn't a SpamBayes question).
