[Spambayes] refund charges please

To whom it may concern:
 
This product did not compete it's download and therefore I did not receive the product for this purchase.
It also happened a second time through paypal.
 
I eventually put in a credit card number and successfully downloaded and installed this product on my third attempt.
 
Please credit me the two pay pal charges of $9.97 each from 3/17/08 ($19.94 total).
