[Texas] teleconference tomorrow at noon

tomorrow approximately at 1200 there will be a teleconference lasting
around and hour relating to the Texas pycamp.

This needs to be held before 2pm/1400 due to some members' scheduling
conflicts so a noon time is suggested.  Please feel free to suggest an
alternative time.

This is a very important meeting primarily becuase of the low
registration count, we should discuss the possibility of cancelling.

Do people want to drive from Austin, Houston, etc for such a small event?

Does anyone have any good ideas for promotion to resurrect the event on
such short notice?  If so I would gladly visit some of my area high schools.

Lets be pragmatic about this and look to the future and learn from our
mistakes.
