[Texas] t-shirt design "Nerdus Texicanus Pythonicus"

The PyTexas logo in the upper right corner of the wiki is only 12k;
maybe you were thinking of putting the t-shirt image on the survey?
I'm not sure that's a good idea...probably above the survey questions
it would make more sense just to have the basic logo along with the
name "PyTexas 2010".
