I want something like this whenever the issue has many messages and I visit it
from time to time. Following many issues without being nosy leads to that, but a
single link to the last message would cover this use case.

Having the links with more information than message indexes would clutter the UI
too much IMO.

It seems that less than 1400 issues currently have more than 10 messages, and
less than 300 have more than 20. So the numbers suggest the links list wouldn't
be that useful :)

Still, I'd like to at least include message ids as their anchor ids, we'd be
able to link to messages with a nicer context, compare:
http://bugs.python.org/msg58947 (no in-thread link)
RSS feeds, IRC updates and nosy/bugs-list messages that link to issue, not message.

If more people want links, I'd be glad to add them. Otherwise, I'm OK with only
adding IDs.
