LOL, most of the top-ranked schools in computer science *are not on the
list.*

Dartmouth? Nope
Carnegie-Mellon? Nope
Stanford? Nope
UC Irvine? Nope
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign? Nope
Virginia Tech? Nope

I suggest looking for a good regionally-accredited school.
