Start PythonWin from the start menu.
Click on Help -> Python manuals
Click in the tree on "Helpful resources" and follow
"An Easy Tutorial to Python". Obviously you can skip the
pieces about installation, and where IDLE is mentioned,
you might as well use PythonWin instead.
We answer further questions here. Of course you can also
have a private tutor, but perhaps not for free... ;)
