[XML-SIG] SOAPpy and PyXML 0.8.1

Has there been any response to this?  I don't use SOAPpy, so haven't
seen anything myself, but I'd be interested in knowing what happened
since the messages seems to imply that some change in PyXML has caused
the failure.
