PyCon 2018 Volunteer Sign Ups

Hey Rami and Jamiel - Happy 2018! With January already half way through, I'd like us to begin thinking about volunteer sign ups. Last year we launched it in early February and I think that worked well. Is that a good timeline for you both this year? Thanks, Ewa
