[AstroPy] Format of postings

Hi,

I have a suggestion for the format of postings:
When you reply to a message on this list, please do not quote everything 
that has ever been said on that thread. It makes it hard to read in the 
"Digest" mode.

The last digest for this list had > 1000 lines for only 2 messages and 
reached indentation level 9 of quoted emails. It took me some time to 
find out where message number 2 started.

If people join the list an do not know what happened before, all the 
older postings are available in the archive:
