[AstroPy] Learning from FITS paper

Sorry for the slightly off-topic email, but some of us are working on a
paper for Astronomy & Computing detailing how a future astronomical data
format could learn from FITS.

We are moving towards a final draft but there is still scope for people to
sign up to the paper. We don't require anything from you other than the
support of your name and you reading the paper and wanting to be on it.
Deadline for accepting new authors is December 13th.
