Hi Everyone,
The expenses for the November Meet is shown below:

Tea     : Rs.   8   x 70 =   Rs. 560
Biscuits: Rs.  23   x 12 =   Rs. 276
100 Cups: Rs.  60   x  1 =   Rs.  60
Total   :                    Rs. 896

  * We had about 70 people attending the meet.
  * The sponsor, Zilogic Systems, reimbursed the exact expenses incurred, as requested by us.
  * We have no left over sponsorship amount.
