[Chicago] PyCon 2008 -- minor update

Well, it really really is happening in Chicago.  The contract with  
the Crowne Plaza O'Hare was signed by the Python Software Foundation  
and faxed today... so, now, it's final and official... PyCon's  
happening here in 50 weeks.

Thanks to everyone who helped out through the process up to this point!!
