Actually we had proposed 1000 and 1700.  However, for the second one, I 
wonder if it is too early?  Perhaps some people can't chat during 
working hours.

Yes indeed.  It's time to get this train started and moving, which 
means participation by us organizers.  The track chairs need to be 
ready to handle the response from a call for papers.
