We were envisioning announcing it at the start, having a box or bowl w/ 
sign listing the prizes at the desk or other visible place where people can 
drop business cards or name/email, then doing the drawing on the 2nd or 3rd 
day and announcing the winners.  After the drawing, we will need the name 
and email of each winner.

The product is "Wing IDE Professional 2.x Three OS License" with value of 
$395 US.  These are licenses for a single developer working on all the 
supported OSes (Windows, OS X, Linux).  We can give away three licenses.

It would be fine if you find other vendors that want to contribute 
something to give away.

Once you've determined what we owe for all the various sponsorship 
activities (Advertiser + leaflets in bags + give away), you can invoice us 
by email, fax 617-232-6499 (USA), or surface mail to Wingware, P.O. Box
