We have this already. The pages are linked from the talk abstracts
(http://www.europython.eu/talks/talk_abstracts/). There is a page for
each tutorial and for each talk. There is also a wiki category:
http://wiki.europython.eu/CategoryTalks.

We were going to publicise this as soon as the timetable has stopped moving.
