[GSoC-general] GSoC 2017 in Machine Learning

I think the most relevant project would be Keras, Tensorflow, 
scikit-learn and openml.

I'm not sure if Keras or Tensorflow do GSoC.
Scikit-learn probably does, but we haven't posted projects yet.
It's a good idea to get involved with the project ahead of applying.
OpenML is planning to do a GSoC for the Python interface afaik but I 
don't think a project is posted their either.
